LifeLabs: MyCareCompass

Open portal
  1. 1Keep the paperwork or collection receipt from your LifeLabs visit.
  2. 2Look for the Visit Number, Lab Visit Number, or another visit/accession number printed on the receipt or requisition label. The exact label can vary by province and visit type.
  3. 3Create or sign in to MyCareCompass, choose your province, and follow the identity verification steps.
  4. 4When results are available, download or print the result as a PDF.
  5. 5Upload the PDF into MyHealth Monitor so it can extract, track, and chart your results over time.

If MyCareCompass does not ask for a visit number, complete the portal's identity steps and use the result PDF once it appears.
